Refugees Welcome to Malmö (RWtM) startades i september 2015 för att organisera det volontärbaserade flyktingmottagandet på Malmö C.. Julius Ntobuah är en eldsjäl som hade varit politiskt engagerad och arbetat för mänskliga rättigheter i sitt hemland innan han kom till Sverige 2015. Julius hade en praktikplats på Independent Living Institute mellan mars – juni 2017 och tog då initiativet till projektet Disabled Refugees Welcome.
